Antonio Lopez

In loving Memory of Antonio Lopez (68); born 5 July 1939 - Died 26 Sep 2007. He was the son of Higinio Lopez and Rosalia (Chavez) Lopez of Smelter Elpaso TX. He is survived by his five children; Rosalie L. (Lopez) and James F. Karl of Sierra Vista AZ, Albert and Sonia (Lopez) Lopez and Melinda Lopez of Anthony TX; His brother Albert Lopez of Albuquerque NM, and his six sisters, Lilia Baker of Houston TX, Teresa San Roman of Orange CA, Leanor Lopez and Mary Lou Howard of Elpaso TX, Emma Dempsey of Hampton VA and Grace Burdick of Lubbock TX. He is also survived by his four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers Higinio Lopez Jr., Bernardino, and Eduardo Lopez. He was an Army Veteran and life long Trucker. He touched peoples lives all over the country. He will be missed. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., Sunday, September 30, 2007 at Sunset Funeral Home-West with a Rosary, at 7:00p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 1, 2007 at St. Matthew Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Advocacy Center for the Children of El Paso located at 1100 E.
