Antonio H Inocencio

June 8, 1916 — December 25, 2008

Antonio H. Inocencio, 82. A loving husband, father and grandfather passed away on December 25, 2008. Tony was a great soldier, he served with the 94th Division during WWII in Germany and Czechoslovakia. He proudly wore the Combat Infantry Badge with 2 Bronze Stars and numerous other medals. He served in Korea from 1950 to 1952 and retired from the Army in 1964. Survived by his loving wife, Maria Luisa Inocencio. Sons and their wives: John Inocencio (Karen), and David Inocencio (Debbie). Granddaughter and husband: Leah Condon (Andrew), Great Grandson Logan Condon. Cousins: Cayetano Inocencio, Pete Inocencio, Elpidio Inocencio, and Julio Ibarra; nieces, Henrietta Acosta, Brenda Powell, Phyllis Nesmith, Rene Vasquez, and Miroslavia Vansaughi. Numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and nieces and nephews. Visitation is from 5:00-9:00 pm on Monday, December 29, 2008 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast. Prayer Service at 7:00 pm, Monday, December 29, 2008 at Sunset funeral Homes-Northeast. Graveside Services at 10:00 am, Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rafael Adame, Babil Arrieta, Frank Hall, and Cayetano Inocencio. Honorary Pallbearers are John Diaz and Elpidio Inocencio. Interment will follow with full Military Honors at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. We wish to express our appreciation to Dr. Albert Cuetter, Texas Tech, Dr. Carlos M.
