Antonio B. Dueñas

Antonio B. Dueñas, age 76 of El Paso passed away February 10, 2021. Antonio was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and grew up in Harlingen, TX. He graduated from Harlingen High School and then served 2 years in the US Army in Vietnam. He earned several decorations, badges, and metals of honor during his time of service. After his time in the Army, he got married and started a family. He worked for American Airlines for over 35 years. Tony, as he liked to be called, loved music, airplanes, telling jokes and stories and history facts. He always took care of his family and anyone in need. Tony was preceded in death by his mom Elena, his step-dad Roy, his father Jose, and his wife Maria. He is survived by his brother Jose Luis (Maria), children Michael, Melissa and Patricia. Grandchildren Ashley (Kevin), Mike V(Rachel) and Madison. Great Grandson Mikey VI, and lots of nieces, nephews, in-laws and extended family. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a Rosary at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Homes - East, 750 N. Carolina.
