Anthony T. Jones

Jones, Anthony (Tony) T., passed away on Thursday May 21, 2009 from congestive heart failure at VA Long Beach Medical Center. Tony was born in Columbus , OH on October 1, 1944. His is survived by his wife, Maria Jones, two daughters and a son: Aleta (Michelle) Taylor, Renee E. Jones, Michael A. Jones, one son-in-law Marcus Taylor and five grandchildren: Cesar Anthony (Tony) Castaneda, Jasmine Castaneda, Alyssa Castaneda , Malcolm Taylor and Myles Taylor. A Texas transplant to California , he will be flown back home to Texas for burial. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm, Sunday, May 31, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast. Committal Service will be at 10:00 am, Monday, June 1, 2009 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
