Ann T. Fuentes

Ann T. Fuentes, age 97, cherished mother and friend, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 01, 2022, in El Paso, Texas. Ann was born in San Jose, Costa Rica, and a graduate of Colegio Maria Auxilidora in 1942, as well as an accomplished artist and UTEP alumni. A beloved wife, mother, daughter, and grandmother, known for her wit and sense of humor, she will be greatly missed. Ann is preceded in death by her loving parents, Humberto Guerrero Ulloa, Francesca Leon Herrera, her son; George E. Fuentes, and her husband; Y. Edward Fuentes. She is survived by her children; Patricia Ann Garner (Richard) and Jacqueline Renée; her grandchildren; Shanda Bacon, Brandon Garner, Christiaan Renée, and Tiffany Renée Calderon, Nathan E. Rey; her great-grandchildren; Morgan Van Sande, Hayden Glenn, Madeline Glenn, Logan Glenn, Micah Zane Renée, Vaughn Calderon, Marcus Elias Calderon, Ryker Rey, Lauren Garner, Sloane Garner, and Tatum Garner, as well as her great-great-grandchildren; Blakely Van Sande, Elowen Van Sande, Trevor Glenn, Preston Glenn, and William Glenn. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to pay tribute and honor her memory. A Graveside service will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022, at 2:00pm (MT) at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Attending pallbearers are; Christiaan Renée, Daniel Calderon, Jordan Jansen, Micah Renée, Nathan Rey, and Elias Renée.
