Anita P. Montoya

Anita P. Montoya, born May 4, 1929 and on June 10, 2017 our precious mother left this world to be home with our Heavenly Father Lord we praise thee and thank you Dear Lord for giving our Dad a devoted wife for 70 years, to her children a strong and guiding mother, to her grandchildren a caring and loving Grandmother that has given them beautiful memories and stories to share with her great grandchildren. She was a beautiful, smart and very talented undiscovered artist. She loved to sing, a passionate rock collector that could see the beauty in each. She enjoyed being a volunteer at Wellington Crew as a ceramic instructor and a friend to all those she met. We will miss her terribly but we know in our hearts she is at peace. She is survived by her husband Billy P. Montoya; her 4 children Esther, Billy (Penny), Terry (Jim), Eddie; her 12 grandchildren and her 14 great grandchildren. Scripture service will begin at 1:30pm on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Committal Service will follow at 2:30pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
