Angeline Milicia Dorsey Russo

Angeline Milicia Dorsey Russo was born on July 29, 1926 and died on September 30, 2012. A proud first generation Italian American, Angie cherished her association with the El Paso Italian Club. Angeline was a supportive and caring mother and is survived by her four children: Tina L. Mohr (David), Diane Lee Dorsey, Kenneth W. Dorsey (Carmel), and Andrea Dorsey Kirs (Peeter). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren and her only sister, Connie Brightbill of San Francisco, CA. Angeline together with Kenneth Dorsey began in business in El Paso and ran Southwest Wholesale until Kenneth Dorsey’s Sr death in 1979. They started Dorsey’s Card and Gift shortly before Kenneth Dorsey’s death which is still in business today with two locations. Angeline was later married to Col (Ret) Joseph Russo and he preceded her in death in November 2006. She was involved with her family, her business and the community and will be greatly missed.
