Angelika E. Corkran

Angelika E. Corkran, 55, entered eternal life on April 11, 2009. She will be dearly missed by her four children, Bryan Gaither, Charles Gaither, Tara Corkran, and Sarah McCourt. Her parents Anna Marie Vanne, Randolph Vanne, as well as her brother Randolph Vanne, Jr., and her sister Linda Nesmith. She dedicated her life not only raising four great kids, but taking care of others. She graduated from the University of Texas of El Paso with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1996. Angelika fought hard her whole life to make a better life for herself and her family. She never lacked energy, positivity, or strength. Sadly she lost her battle to cancer. She now joins her brother Thomas Vanne and sister Regina Guion amongst the angels. Her visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Friday, April 17, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-West, Chapel of Peace with a Prayer Service at 12:00 pm. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West.
