Angel “Ollie” Olivares, 82, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2009. He was a decorated World War II Naval veteran and retired car salesman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesus and Maria Olivares, brother “Chuy” and sister Margarita. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carmen; sons Tony Gonzalez (Debbie), Robert (Kathleen), Eddie (Liliana), Jesse (Trisha), Rudy (Lupe) and daughter Gloria Gravalos (Mike). Grandchildren: Michelle, Robert Jr., (Anna), Kristina (Jaime), Gilbert, Nick, Candice, Christopher, Lauren, Alexis, Kelly, Jessica, Sara and Danny. Great-Grandchildren; Cameron, Angel, Mateo, and Lucas. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at 12 Noon. Rite of Committal will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery at 1:30 pm. With military honors. The family would like to thank Hospice of El Paso and the VA for their dedication and kindness.
