Angel R. Ballesteros

Angel R. Ballesteros 77, beloved husband, father and grandfather entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 14, 2009. Mr. Ballesteros was born in Smeltertown, Texas. He served our country for a total of eight years in both the United States Navy and United States Air Force. He then returned to El Paso and retired from Asarco. He is preceded in death by his parents; Aguilino and Virginia Ballesteros, and brother; Jose. Living to cherish in his memory is his loving wife; Martha Amada Ballesteros, sons; Arturo, Gordy and Ray Garcia, daughter; Martha Roque, brother; Aguilino “Tata” Ballesteros Jr., sisters; Maria Garcia and Debbie Rayas, 14 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4-9 pm on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina, with a Vigil at 7 pm. Funeral Mass will be at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1050 Clark, at 1pm on Wednesday, February 18, 2009. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
