Andres Najera Jr, 21, Passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023
Andres was born in El Paso, Texas on January 14, 2002. He graduated from Americas High School and then left to serve his country proudly in The United States Air Force.
Andres loved the New York Jets and gaming. He enjoyed his time in Japan for 2 years and later stationed in Moody AFB. His smile brought joy to all around. He had a beautiful and kind soul, and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Senior Airmen Andres Najera Jr fly high with all the angels waiting for you.
Andres is preceded in death by his grandparents, Eusebia Amparan and Salvador Amparan, uncles Ricardo Amparan and Jose Antonio Amparan. He is survived by his parents, Maribel Grijalva and Andres Najera, his sister Stephanie Johnson, his grandparents Casimira and Simon Najera, his uncles Simon Najera Jr. and Jose Najera, and his aunts Graciela Murillo and Ester Najera.
Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Homes - East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be held at 9:00 AM, Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 8011 Williamette. Interment will follow at 10:30 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson.
