Ana Maria Lujan rejoined her parents Angel Lujan, Sr. and Clara Ramirez Lujan, her brothers Heriberto Lujan, Sr., Ismael Lujan, Sr., and sister Eva L. Carrillo on March 5, 2024. She is survived by her little brother Angel Lujan, Jr. (JoAnn Lujan). She was born on July 30, 1934, in Sierra Blanca, TX and became a lifelong resident of El Paso, TX in the 1950's. Ane served in the U.S. Air Force and was a proud veteran. She was a small business owner and had many friends and clients that frequented her business, Hair Dimensions. She was an active family historian and cherished as she would call it, "her parent's inheritance" which was the gift of her catholic faith. She was an aunt to many nieces and nephews and leaves behind her Catholic faith to them and many Godchildren.
Visitation for Ane will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Vigil/Rosary at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass to be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 7712 Rosedale. A Graveside Service will be at 11:30 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson. Pallbearers will be her loving grand nephews, Jason Grijalva, Brian Grijalva, Christopher Bueno, Patrick Lujan, Gabriel Lujan and Steven Lujan.
