Ana L. Carlos, 92, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 29, 2023.
Ana was born in El Paso, TX on July 08 ,1930 to parents Anastasio and Ana Lopez. She led a boisterous young life with her seven brothers and sisters.
Ana loved to listen to music. In her early life, she enjoyed going out and dancing with her sisters then later with her husband Juan, who she was married to for over 60 years. She was a very talented seamstress and made an array of bows, décor, and blankets for the children in her family. She loved spending time with her loved ones and watching her shows on celebrity gossip.
Ana will be remembered as a generous soul with the biggest heart. Her absence will leave a great void, but her teachings and guidance will forever be carried in the hearts of her loved ones. She will be greatly missed.
Ana is preceded in death by her husband Juan Carlos Sr. and survived by children, Juan Carlos Jr., Guadalupe Cano, Hector Carlos, seven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Vigil/Rosary at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, June 07, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be at 12:00 PM, Thursday, June 08, 2023 at St. Paul Catholic Church, 7424 Mimosa. Graveside Service will follow at 1:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
