Amelia F. Pavia

Amelia F. Flores went to be with the Lord on November 10, 2007 at the age of 78 years. Amelia loved her family dearly and enjoyed cooking and baking for them. Amelia is survived by her children, Mary Ann Pavia (Manuel), Ray Pavia Jr. (Emilia), Angie Gabaldon (Eddie), Paul Pavia (Eva), Lisa Vigil (Bob), Margie Haslow (Greg) and John Pavia; brothers, Cosme, Luis and Alfonso Flores; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Amelia is preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Angela Flores; husband Raymond Pavia; sisters Beatriz Holguin, Petra Salgado and Ramona Castro; brothers Manuel and Moises Flores. The visitation for Amelia will begin at 5:00pm on November 16, 2007, at St Luke’s Catholic Church with the rosary to be recited at 7pm. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Refuge Church, La Union, New Mexico. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes West.
