ALICE DAVIS passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at the age of 88. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and will be greatly missed. She is predeceased by her husband Edward Davis Sr. She is survived by her children; Patricia Borschow and her husband Allen Borschow, Edward Davis Jr. and his wife Yvonne, Sharon Madsen and her husband Martin Madsen, Mark Davis, her loving grandchildren; Phillip Borschow and his wife Patricia, Geoffrey Borschow, Sebastian Madsen and his wife Karla, Alexander Madsen, Kristen Madsen, Tawny Davis, Thaddeus Davis, great-granddaughter Natalia Borschow, sister-In-law Louise Broujos, and brother-in-law Mike Davis Jr. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM, with Trisagion Service at 7:00PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 10:00AM at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 120 North Festival, with The Very Rev. Fr. George M. AL-Dehneh officiating. Pallbearers will be: Phillip Borschow, Geoffrey Borschow, Sebastian Madsen, Alexander Madsen, Thaddeus Davis and James Isaac III. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Gilbert Malooly Sr., Adib Dayoub, George Isaac Jr., Jimmy Isaac Jr., Norman Bryan, Frank Abdow. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park, 8700 Dyer.
