Fred was an alumni from Austin High School class of 83” and obtained a his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at El Paso class of 93”. The highlight of Fred’s career was serving as a Juvenile Detention Officer for many years. Fred was a devout Christian and Minister having served for many years as an “Auxilliary” in the Iglesia Evangelica Cristiana Espiritual. Fred became a teacher and touched many lives when he taught GED preparation classes for troubled youth at the Juvenile Probation Facility in El Paso, Texas. Fred was known for his generosity and his willingness to pass on whatever knowledge and wisdom he obtained in life to the Youth he encountered. “He is now present before God our Creator."
