Alfonso Martinez Sr.

Alfonso Martinez Sr., age 89, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 in El Paso, Texas. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, and will be greatly missed. Alfonso is preceded in death by his loving parents; Arturo Martinez Sr. and Dominga Renteria, and his brothers; Roberto Martinez and Arturo Martinez Jr. He is survived by his wife; Mary Louise Martinez, his son; Alfonso Martinez Jr., his daughter; Theresa M. McLean (Thomas), his sister; Francisca Bejarano, his brothers; Daivd Martinez, and Raul Martinez, his grandchildren; Matthew McLean, Sonia Martinez, Samantha Martinez, and Sarah Martinez, as well as his great-grandchildren; Kyanna Bruce, Samara Martinez, and Brian Agbor Jr. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 25, 2022 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with a Rosary to be followed at 6:30pm at Sunset Funeral Home- West. A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 11:00am at Queen of Peace, 1551 Belvidere Street.
