ALBERTO C. MANCERA, 68, entered into the hands of his Lord and Savior on Monday, October 11, 2021. He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was born in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico in 1952. After graduating from Burgess High School, Albert married his sweetheart, Rosalia Torres and began their family and life full of hope and love. He was a longtime entrepreneur. Albert, along with his brother’s Manny and Ray, started the Mancera Shoe Company and were successful in many business endeavors. Alberto had a lifelong passion for bullfighting. He spent the last few years of his life managing the Plaza de Toros Alberto Balderas bullring in Cd. Juarez. Alberto greatly enjoyed gathering with friends and family, traveling, bullfighting, boxing, and cheering for his grandchildren at their swim meets. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents Aurora and Manuel Mancera. He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Rosalia T. Mancera, his beloved children; Rosita (Jaime Rodriguez), Beto (Maria Fernanda), Armando, Aurora, and Sebastian, his loving siblings; Alicia (Jaime) Olvera, Aurora (Ignacio) Salas, Aregelia (Sergio) Manzanares, Manuel Mancera, Ray (Bibiana) Mancera, Guadalupe Mancera, Juan (Alicia) Gamero, Evelia Mancera, and Martin Mancera, his beloved grandchildren; Maryfer, Carolina, Jose Antonio, Mia, Diego, Santiago, Samuel, and Camila. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Alberto will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 3:00PM to 9:00PM, with Holy Rosary at 4:00PM, with Scripture Service at 4:30PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West.
