Adelmira Montes

Adelmira “Adel” Montes 82, passed away peacefully in her home with her family by her side on Christmas morning, Sunday December 25,2016. She was born in El Paso, TX, April 20,1934. She was a graduate of Jefferson High School, Class of 1953. Although battling cancer for many years she continued to enjoy home decorating, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. Adel was owner and longtime designer of Adel’s Custom Draperies & Interiors. She was preceded in death by grandson Jonathan P. Cervoni. Adel is survived by her loving husband of 61 yrs., Jesus Montes, son Edward Edmond Montes(Jayna), daughter Patricia Ann Montes, 4 grandchildren, Krystal Lopez, Adelle Montes, Charles Montes, and Alexis Montes, and 3 great grandchildren. Family will be receiving guest from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, with Rosary at 6:30PM on Monday, January 9, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 11:00AM at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Inurnment will follow at 1:00PM at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
